Freight audit privacy notice

RouteRush uses the information you submit to generate your requested freight digital audit, deliver it, maintain an audit history, and contact you about relevant audit or implementation services.

Information we store

Your contact and company details, freight profile, website address, attribution source, consent timestamp, report results, and publicly observable website evidence.

How we use it

We use this information to produce and improve RouteRush audits, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, deliver reports, provide relevant follow-up, and build aggregated freight-industry benchmarks. We do not claim private commercial performance from publicly observable website evidence.

Retention and access

Private crawl evidence is retained for up to 365 days unless a longer period is needed for an active customer relationship or legal obligation. You may ask us to correct or remove your personal contact information and audit data.
