RouteRush privacy notice

RouteRush uses the information you submit to provide your account, website audits, saved results, and requested resources.

Information we store

We store your name, email address, optional company and contact details, account creation and login timestamps, website addresses, audit results, public website evidence, resource download activity, and marketing preference. Email registration stores a password hash, not your readable password. Google registration uses your Google account identifier, name, and verified email; we do not receive your Google password.

How we use it

Your information lets us authenticate you, save your audits, provide downloads, maintain account history, prevent abusive requests, and help with account access. RouteRush administrators can view account details, audit findings, and resource activity. We use a hashed network address to limit abusive account and audit requests.

Email and marketing choices

Account messages include requested password reset and email verification links. Marketing tips and service updates are optional. You can change your marketing preference in your dashboard. Creating a free account or downloading a resource does not automatically opt you in to marketing.

Website audits

Audits inspect publicly accessible website content. We do not infer private traffic, search rankings, revenue, or sales performance from public evidence. Google handles Google sign-in under its own privacy practices; email delivery and any configured website crawler use the service providers set up by RouteRush.

Retention and access

Account details, saved audits, and download history are retained to provide your account until removal is requested. Legacy private crawl evidence is retained for up to 365 days unless a longer period is needed for an active customer relationship or legal obligation. Verification and reset links expire after one hour. You may ask us to correct or remove your personal information and audit data.
